We work with multiple manufacturers, and we are explicit about the type of relationship with each.
Two categories that must not be conflated
Much of the market uses these two terms interchangeably. They are not the same, and the difference matters to the buyer.
- Manufacturer resold
- Noryvex purchases and resells the product through regular distribution channels. Warranty is the manufacturer’s, exercised through the channel. It implies no contract, accreditation or official training.
- Authorized partner
- A current contract with the manufacturer exists, with a declared tier and, where applicable, certified staff. We only publish a manufacturer in this category with the document in hand and within its validity period.
Current status
Noryvex currently publishes no authorized partnerships, because none has a verified current contract. We will publish the list — with tier and validity — as soon as one exists. Manufacturer logos are likewise not displayed without trademark usage authorization.
