Your rights (art. 18, LGPD)
- Confirmation that processing of your data exists
- Access to the data we process about you
- Correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data
- Anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data
- Portability to another provider, under applicable regulation
- Deletion of data processed on the basis of your consent
- Information about with whom we share your data
- Information about the possibility of withholding consent, and its consequences
- Withdrawal of consent, at any time
- Objection to processing based on legitimate interest

Send your request to our institutional mailbox with the information below. We respond within the applicable legal deadline.

- Which right you wish to exercise, from those listed above
- Information that allows us to locate your data (for example, the email used in the original contact)
- How you would like to receive the response
Data processed on a client’s behalf
If your data was captured by a system Noryvex installed for a client — camera, access control, vehicle tracking — the controller is that client, not Noryvex. Direct your request to them. If you write to us, we will point you to the right path; we cannot act directly because we hold no authority over that processing.
