Scope
What's included
Each track is contracted on its own or combined. Whatever does not fit your operation stays out of scope — and out of the price.
Preventive maintenance
A scheduled routine per asset, with its own checklist and a record of what was verified on each visit.
Corrective maintenance
Repair under contracted scope and terms, with root cause recorded — not just the symptom cleared.
Periodic inspection and testing
Thermography, measurement and testing appropriate to the asset, to find the fault before it stops the operation.
Spare parts management
Defining what must be held in stock, where, and what can wait for purchase — a risk decision, not a storeroom one.
Updates and patching
Firmware and versions under window and test, including an inventory of what is out of vendor support.
Reporting and improvement plan
What failed in the period, what keeps repeating and what must change in the environment to stop it repeating.
