Area number 03
Electrical Systems
We supply and specify materials, components, protection devices, instrumentation and tooling for electrical systems across low, medium and high voltage. The focus is correct specification — compatibility, voltage class, short-circuit rating, ingress protection and applicable standard — not simply the cheapest catalog item.
The problem
A wrong electrical specification only shows up at energization, or worse, at the first fault. Components with inadequate voltage class, poorly coordinated protection devices and uncertified material reach the site because purchasing worked from a generic description.
Business impact
The cost is not the component: it is the shutdown to replace it, the panel rework, the commissioning delay and the risk to people. Incorrect protection coordination turns a localized fault into a wide outage.
The Noryvex approach
We work from the design documentation — single-line diagram, design memo and bill of materials — and flag divergences before quoting. When the design does not exist or is outdated, we say so instead of quoting blind.
Capabilities
What we do here
Technical scope covered in this area. The exact composition of each project comes from the survey, not from a catalog.
- Cables, conductors, connectors and terminals
- Protection and switching devices
- Instrumentation and electrical measurement
- Panel and switchboard components
- Installation materials and electrical infrastructure
- Technical tooling and auxiliary equipment
- Low, medium and high voltage applications
- Substation materials
Technologies
Scope
What's included
Contractable tracks in this area, on their own or combined. Whatever does not fit your operation stays out of scope — and out of the price.
Electrical design and sizing
Load calculation, conductor and protection selection, with a design memo that supports the decision.
Substation and medium voltage
Design, assembly and upgrade of the incoming supply, switchroom and transformation.
Protection and coordination studies
Short circuit, coordination and arc flash — what decides whether a fault isolates a branch or drops the plant.
Power quality
Measurement of harmonics, sags and imbalance, with the source of the disturbance identified.
Emergency power
Generator, UPS and automatic transfer sized by the load that genuinely has to keep running.
Testing and predictive maintenance
Thermography, relay testing and periodic measurement to find the defect before the unplanned outage.
Industries served
Where this area applies most
Energy & Utilities
Generation, transmission, distribution and sanitation — dispersed assets, high criticality.
Manufacturing
A connected plant floor, with data reaching management without passing through spreadsheets.
Commercial & Corporate
Buildings, offices and complexes: infrastructure, security and building automation.
Data Centers
Technical rooms and mission-critical environments: power, cooling, network and monitoring.
Government
Public bodies: defensible technical specification, traceability and compliance.
