Noryvex is an organization under construction. What we publish here is the governance we actually practice today, not an org chart designed to look larger than the company is.
As new bodies are formally constituted — board, committees, independent audit — they will appear on this page along with the date of their constitution.
Practices in force
- Material technical decisions are recorded with context, alternatives considered and rationale (architecture decision records).
- Separation between who specifies and who approves purchases on projects above a defined internal threshold.
- Least-privilege access control to systems, client credentials and project data.
- Logging of interventions in client environments, identifying the responsible person and the authorized window.
- Periodic review of the policies published in this section, with the last review date visible.
