Area number 04

Solar Generation

We work at both ends of photovoltaic generation: the grid-connected residential and commercial system, with design, supply, installation and utility approval; and the ground-mount plant, from feasibility to commissioning. What changes between them is scale and connection regime — the method is the same, and it starts from actual consumption, not from a kit.

The problem

Most poorly resolved systems were sized from a single month of billing, bought as a sealed kit and installed without an electrical design. The result shows up later: generation below forecast due to shading or orientation, an inverter mismatched to the array, mounting unsuited to the roof — and utility approval stalled over incomplete documentation.

Business impact

While approval is pending the system may generate, but it does not offset: without the meter swap there is no energy credit, and every month of delay is savings that never happen. In a plant, an array or structure error is not fixed by adjustment — it is fixed by rebuilding, at construction cost.

The Noryvex approach

We start from twelve months of consumption history, local irradiance and the rules of the specific utility that will serve the site — which vary. We deliver a design with technical responsibility filing, run the access process through inspection and meter swap, and commission with a record. We do not publish payback figures: they depend on tariff, consumption and irradiance, and come from the study, not from a brochure.

Capabilities

What we do here

Technical scope covered in this area. The exact composition of each project comes from the survey, not from a catalog.

  • Sizing from consumption history and local irradiance
  • Modules, string inverters and microinverters
  • Mounting structures for rooftop and ground
  • DC and AC protection, string boxes and disconnect devices
  • Grounding and lightning protection
  • Electrical design with technical responsibility filing and utility access process
  • Installation, commissioning and generation testing
  • Ground-mount plants: feasibility, detailed design and construction
  • Remote monitoring and preventive maintenance
  • Expansion and remediation of existing systems

Scope

What's included

Contractable tracks in this area, on their own or combined. Whatever does not fit your operation stays out of scope — and out of the price.

01

Sizing

Twelve months of consumption, local irradiance, shading and roof orientation. That is what separates a system that delivers from one that disappoints.

02

System supply

Modules, inverter, mounting, DC/AC protection and cabling specified for the designed array — not a sealed off-the-shelf kit.

03

Electrical design and filing

Diagram, design memo and technical responsibility filing. Without it the utility will not review, and the installation has no backing.

04

Utility approval

Access request, follow-through on the opinion, inspection and meter swap. Until the meter changes there is no energy credit.

05

Installation and commissioning

Assembly, connection and generation testing on record — the system is handed over measured, not merely switched on.

06

Ground-mount plant

Feasibility, detailed design, earthworks, structure assembly, electrical installation, grid connection and commissioning.

07

Monitoring and O&M

Remote generation tracking, cleaning, thermographic inspection and correction of whatever drifts from the expected curve.

08

Expansion and remediation

An existing system that under-generates, grew short of the need, or was installed without a design: diagnosis and correction.
