Commitments and policies in force — stated as what they are, without dressing them up as results.
How to read this page
We distinguish four things that ESG communication usually blends together: a COMMITMENT is what we undertake; a POLICY is a written rule already in force; an INITIATIVE is action underway; a RESULT is a measured, verifiable figure. This page contains commitments, policies and initiatives. It publishes no results, because no measured series exists yet — and publishing an unmeasured figure would be greenwashing.
Environmental
- Policy — electronic waste
- Equipment replaced in a Noryvex project is not discarded as ordinary waste. It is returned to the client, sent back to the manufacturer through reverse logistics, or delivered to a licensed receiver, with the destination recorded.
- Commitment — efficiency in specification
- Size systems to the real requirement, not to the vendor’s comfort margin. Oversized equipment consumes energy and capital across its entire service life.
- Initiative — extending service life
- Prioritize integrating the installed base over replacing it when performance meets the requirement. It is the lowest-impact environmental decision and, almost always, the cheapest one.
Governance
- Policy — responsible procurement
- Suppliers accept the Supplier Code published in this section. Product without traceable origin or regular tax documentation is not purchased.
- Policy — privacy by design
- Systems processing personal data — CCTV, access control, driver telemetry — have their purpose, legal basis and retention period declared at the specification stage, not after installation.
