Code of conduct
Applies to partners, employees, contractors and representatives of Noryvex in any interaction on the company’s behalf.
- Do not offer, promise, authorize or accept an undue advantage to any public or private agent, whether directly or through a third party.
- Do not make facilitation payments under any designation.
- Declare conflicts of interest as soon as identified, and step away from the corresponding decision.
- Do not use client information obtained during a project for personal or third-party benefit.
- Decline scope requiring a regulated technical attribution that Noryvex does not currently hold.
- Do not assert capability, certification, type approval or partnership without current documentary evidence.
- Compete fairly: no price fixing, no undermining the competitive nature of a tender, no use of privileged information.
Supplier code
What we expect from those who supply products or services to Noryvex.
- Compliance with applicable labor, environmental and tax legislation.
- Absolute prohibition of child labor, forced labor and slavery-like conditions — including within their own supply chain.
- Supply of genuine product, with traceable origin and regular tax documentation.
- Immediate notification of any incident affecting product already delivered to Noryvex.
- Acceptance that Noryvex may request documentary evidence of what has been declared.

Reports of conduct inconsistent with this code may be sent to our institutional mailbox. Until a channel with technically guaranteed anonymity exists, we state that openly rather than promise an anonymity we cannot ensure.
