Area number 02

Automation & Control

We integrate the layer that turns a physical quantity into an operational decision: instrumentation, controllers, protocol gateways, telemetry and supervision. We work across industrial, building and infrastructure automation, with particular attention to environments where the protocol is standardized and interoperability is not optional.

The problem

Plants accumulate automation islands from different generations and vendors, each with its own protocol and its own HMI. The data exists but does not circulate: decisions still depend on someone reading a value off one panel and typing it into another system.

Business impact

Without integration there is no reliable indicator of availability, specific consumption or stoppage root cause. Maintenance stays reactive, and efficiency investments cannot be proven because the baseline was never measured.

The Noryvex approach

We map what already exists before proposing replacement. Much of the value lies in making the installed base talk — through protocol gateways, tag normalization and a single supervisory layer — instead of replacing controllers that work. Where replacement is warranted, it is justified by numbers, not by catalog.

Capabilities

What we do here

Technical scope covered in this area. The exact composition of each project comes from the survey, not from a catalog.

  • PLC, RTU and control architecture
  • SCADA, HMI and supervisory systems
  • Instrumentation, sensors and actuators
  • Protocol gateways and data normalization
  • Telemetry, industrial IoT and IIoT
  • Edge computing and in-field pre-processing
  • Building and infrastructure automation
  • Substation and critical system integration
  • Commissioning and functional validation

Scope

What's included

Contractable tracks in this area, on their own or combined. Whatever does not fit your operation stays out of scope — and out of the price.

01

Control architecture

Topology, industrial network and distribution of intelligence defined from the process, not from a catalog.

02

PLC and HMI programming

Logic, interlocks and operator screens documented and versioned, so another team can maintain them.

03

SCADA and supervisory

Supervision, historian and alarms configured for the operator to decide — not for the screen to look good.

04

Control and power panels

Panel design, build and testing to standard, with drawings that match what was actually built.

05

Legacy system migration

Replacement of out-of-support controllers with controlled coexistence and a rollback point.

06

Commissioning and tuning

Assisted start-up, loop tuning and a test protocol completed against the process requirement.

Industries served

Where this area applies most

Manufacturing

A connected plant floor, with data reaching management without passing through spreadsheets.

Energy & Utilities

Generation, transmission, distribution and sanitation — dispersed assets, high criticality.

Agribusiness

Connectivity and telemetry where public infrastructure simply does not reach.

Commercial & Corporate

Buildings, offices and complexes: infrastructure, security and building automation.

Data Centers

Technical rooms and mission-critical environments: power, cooling, network and monitoring.
