Service

Protection, Control & Supervision

Architecture, configuration and commissioning of the protection, control and supervision system: protection relays and IEDs, automation network, local HMI, remote supervision, teleprotection, disturbance recording and time synchronization. Relay settings are not typed in from the vendor manual — they come from the coordination study, and it is against that study that they are verified during testing.

What is delivered

What is delivered

Evidence of delivery

Per-relay test reports, a commissioned point list, configuration files and as-built documentation.

  • System architecture and automation network topology
  • Signal list and point map per protocol (IEC 61850, DNP3, IEC 60870-5-104)
  • Relay settings applied from the coordination study tables
  • Supervisory screens and local HMI, with alarms and interlocks
  • Factory and site acceptance testing (FAT/SAT), with a report per relay
  • Point-to-point commissioning, configuration files and as-built

Scope

What's included

Each track is contracted on its own or combined. Whatever does not fit your operation stays out of scope — and out of the price.

01

System architecture

Protection, control and supervision topology, defining protocols, redundancy and the level of automation.

02

Protection settings

Relay settings taken from the study tables, applied, verified and recorded device by device.

03

IEC 61850 migration

Interlocking and signaling wiring replaced by network messaging, with SCL files under version control.

04

Supervision and HMI

Operating screens, alarms, interlocks and history, both on site and at the operations center.

05

Teleprotection and links

The channel between substations for protection schemes, sized by transfer time, not by bandwidth.

06

Testing and commissioning

Primary and secondary testing, point-to-point verification and full scheme testing before energization.
