Data we process, and why

Business contact data

Name, company, email, phone and information about your request, provided by you through a form or by email. When you use the form, we also record the IP address and browser of the submission — that is what lets us rate-limit automated sending and tell a real request from a bot. Purpose: to respond to the request and conduct the commercial discussion. Legal basis: preliminary procedures related to a contract, at your request (art. 7, V) and legitimate interest for B2B commercial contact (art. 7, IX).

Browsing data

This site is static and runs no third-party tracking, advertising or analytics. Server access logs (IP address, timestamp, requested resource) exist for security and diagnostics, with short retention. If we ever adopt analytics, this policy will be updated BEFORE adoption and the corresponding category will appear in cookie management.

Data within client projects

In CCTV, access control or driver telemetry projects, Noryvex acts as PROCESSOR: we process personal data on behalf of the client, who is the controller and defines purpose and retention. Our role is limited to the contract and the controller’s instructions.

Résumés

Data sent spontaneously for recruitment. Purpose: candidacy assessment and talent pool. Legal basis: consent, revocable at any time through the data subject channel.
