What the app does

Bingo Cartelas is a tool for organizing and checking bingo cards you already own. It does not draw numbers, run games, take bets or pay prizes. The data controller is NORYVEX LTDA.

Data we process, and why

Account
Username, password (stored only as a hash) and display name. Purpose: to identify your account and show who is at the table. We do not ask for email, phone, location or contacts: sign-in uses an internal technical address derived from the username. Legal basis: performance of a contract (art. 7, V).
Game content
Tables, cards (the numbers) and called numbers. Purpose: app operation and real-time sync between the participants of a table. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
Card photos (optional)
Reading numbers from a photo (OCR) happens entirely on your device; the image only leaves the phone if you choose to save it with the card. When saved, it lives in a private folder of your account, visible only to you and the table participants. Legal basis: consent, given when you tap save.
Activity log
Relevant actions (creating a table, adding a card, clearing the draw, changing a participant’s role) are logged and visible only to you. Purpose: support and security. Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 7, IX).
Subscription
The Pro subscription is processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and managed by RevenueCat. We never see your card. RevenueCat receives an identifier of your account and the store receipt; we store only the date until which the plan is valid.

Who we share with

Processors that handle data on our behalf, under contract. We do not sell data, and the app has no ads and no advertising tracking.

  • Supabase — database, authentication and photo storage (servers in São Paulo, Brazil).
  • RevenueCat — subscription management.
  • Apple and Google — subscription payment processing.
  • Public authorities, upon formal legal request.

Shared table

  • When you join a table with a code, the other participants see your display name and the cards you added to it.
  • You can leave a table at any time; the owner can remove participants.

Retention and deletion

  • Your data is kept for as long as the account exists.
  • You can delete the account inside the app (in Account, option Delete my account): tables, cards, photos and logs are erased permanently and immediately.
  • Subscriptions must be cancelled in the store (Apple or Google); deleting the account does not stop the store’s billing.
  • Encrypted transport (HTTPS) for all communication with the servers.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children.

Your rights

Access, correction, portability and deletion of your data, under the LGPD, through the channel below. We respond within 15 days.
