Conditions for using the Bingo Cartelas app and the Pro subscription.

The service
Bingo Cartelas, provided by NORYVEX LTDA, is an app for checking bingo cards you already own at in-person events. The app does not draw numbers, run games, take bets or pay prizes. Running the bingo, its rules and prizes are the sole responsibility of the event organizer.
Account
- You are responsible for your password and for everything done with your account.
- One account per person. You can delete it at any time inside the app.
Free plan and Pro subscription
The free plan has limits shown in the app (cards per table, people per table, winning patterns and tables visible in history). Pro is a renewable subscription, monthly or annual, that removes those limits.
- Billing is handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play, on your store account.
- It renews automatically until cancelled in the store settings at least 24 hours before the end of the period.
- Refunds follow the policy of the store where the purchase was made.
- Price changes are communicated before any renewal at a different amount.
Automatic checking
Reading numbers from a photo can fail. The final check is always yours: the app requires you to review the numbers before saving, and the outcome of a bingo is decided by the organizer, not by the app.
Acceptable use and availability
- Do not use the app for illegal activity, to defraud organizers or other players, or to try to access other accounts’ data.
- The service may be unavailable due to maintenance or failure; real-time features depend on an internet connection.
- To the extent permitted by law, NORYVEX is not liable for lost prizes, decisions of the bingo organizer or indirect damages arising from use of the app.
