What data the Numa app (iOS and Android) processes, why, and for how long.

What the app does
Numa is a calculator (basic, scientific, graphing, HP 12C, financial, labor, arithmetic and converter). It has no sign-up, does not ask you to log in and works offline. The data controller is NORYVEX LTDA.
Data we process, and why
- Calculations and preferences
- History, variables, calculation notes, graph functions and settings stay only on your device. We neither receive nor store this content. Deleting the app deletes everything.
- Rates and indices
- To show exchange rates, crypto prices, CDI, Selic and inflation indices, the app queries public services (Central Bank of Brazil, ExchangeRate-API, CoinGecko and the European Central Bank via Frankfurter). These requests carry none of your data; those services see only the connection’s IP address, as with any internet access.
- Pro subscription
- Numa Pro is processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and managed by RevenueCat. We never see your card. RevenueCat receives a random identifier generated on the device and the store receipt, to confirm the purchase and allow restoring it. Legal basis: performance of a contract (art. 7, V).
Retention and deletion
- App content lives only on the device and disappears when you delete the app or clear the history.
- The purchase record stays with the store and RevenueCat for as long as needed to prove and restore the subscription.
- Subscriptions must be cancelled in the store (Apple or Google); deleting the app does not stop the billing.
Children
Students of any age may use the app, and it does not collect personal data from children.
