Conditions for using the Numa app and the Numa Pro subscription.

The service
Numa, provided by NORYVEX LTDA, is a calculation app. Financial, labor and tax results are estimates to support decisions, based on the formulas and official tables indicated in the app itself; they do not replace an accountant, a lawyer, the official termination statement, your collective bargaining agreement or the bank’s official offer.
Free plan and Numa Pro
The free plan includes the basic and scientific calculators, the HP 12C, arithmetic, the converter and calculation notes. Numa Pro unlocks the features marked PRO in the app, through a renewable annual subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase.
- Billing is handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play, on your store account.
- The annual subscription renews automatically until cancelled in the store settings at least 24 hours before the end of the period.
- The lifetime purchase is paid once and remains valid for as long as the app is offered in the stores.
- Refunds follow the policy of the store where the purchase was made.
- Price changes are communicated before any renewal at a different amount.
Limitation of liability
- We check the formulas with automated tests and official sources, but rates, indices and tables change; double-check important figures before deciding.
- Rates and indices depend on external services and an internet connection, and may be unavailable or delayed.
- To the extent permitted by law, NORYVEX is not liable for financial, labor or tax decisions made based on the app’s results, nor for indirect damages.
